Hello Virginia,
I know you have plenty of clients to deal with on a daily basis so you might not remember me, but you did both of my cakes. The white cake was modeled after your business cards and a we also had a chocolate Aggie seal cake. We just wanted to let you know that the cake was still wonderfully moist on our anniversary and we thank you for providing quality services on our wedding day and even a year later! We will definitely recommend your business any chance we get!
Love,
S.C.

Dear Virginia,
Good morning! This note is long overdue, but I just wanted to thank you for the gorgeous wedding cake – it was more beautiful than I had imagined, and it was absolutely delicious! I just wanted to express my sincerest gratitude for being so easy to work with and for exceeding my expectations in creating the perfect wedding cake.
I will most definitely be calling you when our first anniversary comes around…and most likely a couple times in between as your cakes are quickly becoming a family favorite!
With much gratitude,
E.
Hey Virginia,

Just wanted to send you a little thank you!!!. You made our wedding day and our 1st anniversary a special day…
Thanks so much!

Ms Virginia,
I wanted to email you and say THANK YOU yet again for the awesome cupcakes for John’s birthday! He LOVED them and the look on his face when he opened the box was priceless! As soon as he heard that I got them from you, he said “Oh, I love Ms Virginia’s baking!!”
Thank you for making two special days, our wedding and his birthday, spectacular!!

Dear Virginia,
I wanted you to know that your cake was in the spotlight all evening…people couldn’t stop talking about how clever it was!!! The caterer placed it on a table that people could circle around but there was also a floor-to-ceiling mirrored wall behind it, so EVERYONE saw the hilarious detail all the way around. I thought Barbara was going to have a nervous breakdown driving to Dallas (she claims she drove 40 mph at times on I-45!!!), but it arrived in absolutely perfect condition.
The Hilton people who came to unload the cake could not believe she had driven all the way from Houston with it…impressive enough to be sure, but imagine the drama and surprise when they lifted the outer box and were greeted by a mysterious fog of smoke (the dry ice) revealing your masterpiece!!! Barbara said that alone was well worth the drive!!
The honeymoon cake was carried away by the bride and groom in their limo and I know they were looking forward to enjoying it together.
Again, many many thanks for all your hard work and personal attention to our family event!
Sincerely,
Laurie T
